Potential bug after about 10-15 hours of realtime play

Hello, this is my second playthrough wth this mod, the first one pooped the bed after a pretty short time, it gave me 999,999,999 dollars and pretty much locked up the entire game. I actually had to delete the save game as it broke FS when I was simply browsing the save games.
I think that might have been a mod conflict; I had a bunch of other engine mods installed.
I have since removed all those other engine mods, and I managed to get 10-12 hours into the game without any issues, then I was doing a regular maintenance on a Fendt 1000 Vario, and somewhere in that process, I got 999,999,999 money again. Everything else seems to be working just fine, so I've continued playing.
The money doesn't go down; I can't remove the money with Powertools. The finance system still seems to be keeping track of money, just not showing in the total at the top of the screen.

I'm playing FS25 via Steam on a Mac.
I suppose it could still be a mod conflict, but I have like 400 mods installed in the game (I make YT content), and other than mods that affect the engine or trans, I don't have any ideas on where to start. I find it really odd that it's giving me money.

Thank you for the mod. In my opinion, this was exactly what was missing from the game. Being able to abuse the tractors is kind of how it works in FS, and for some of us, that's a bit of an irritant.

Hi. That is a strange bug. In general, ADS does not have a single line of code that gives money — it only takes money away :) Except for the leasing deposit refund, but that is a different story...

Since the bug is hard to reproduce, the only thing I can suggest is: if it happens again, save the log.txt file immediately and send it here.

I will do that. SO it does something with leasing? I have the fair leasing mod running, and I think it also does something with the leasing deposit refund. I'll uninstall it and start the save over. What other game systems does it interact with, so I can try and run down mod conflict?

The same thing happened on a fresh game, about 80 hours in. Something to do with leases. Here is the log.txt file

Thanks for the log. I checked it, but I do not see a direct ADS Lua error in it.

Could you please clarify a few things?

1. At what exact moment does the money bug happen?
   Does it happen when returning a leased ADS vehicle, or during regular maintenance/repair/inspection?

2. The log you attached ends at 2026-05-28 21:37:12.
   Around what time did the money change to 999,999,999? Even an approximate time would help a lot.

At the actual time it occurred, I was unloading a rice planter (vanilla) from a trailer. I was in the middle of rice planting, and one of the planters had a valve train failure, so I purchased a new planter and was in the process of replacing it (with courseplay) when I got a bunch of green $0 money received notifications in the upper right corner, and then all 9's in the money. I though It was related to leasing, but then I realized I hadn't leased that replacement vehicle.
Could be something with vehicle selector, perhaps? I use that mod to switch between vehicles, and there is some other weirdness where the vehicles disappear from the list when they're in service, but sometimes don't come back.

Even with the problems, I'm still loving playing with this mod. ;)

Actual time, with in 5 minutes of the end of the log file? I know that's not helpful.
I'll reset, see if it happens again, and note the time I noticed it.

It is very important to note exactly what action was performed at the moment when the bug happens.

Overall, your mod setup is definitely very heavy, and finding the conflict will be quite difficult. These mods could potentially be involved:

FS25_IronDepreciation
FS25_sellEverything
FS25_SellToTheBestBidder
FS25_FieldLeasing

But that is not certain.

Also, there are direct errors in the log from FS25_BetterContracts and FS25_Courseplay.

As a first step, I would recommend reviewing your mod setup and removing anything you do not really need. 400 mods is seriously a lot :)

It is a lot of mods, many of them are vehicles and productions. I make YT content, so having options is kind of a must, and the mod management system for FS is less than desirable.
Either way, I'm still working through the logs to find errors and remove those mods as you suggest. If for no other reason, just to figure out what the conflict is.
