Cannot install

when running $ bower install inside an Ionic project or $ bower install #1.3.1

Failed to execute "git ls-remote --tags --heads git://github.com/driftyco/ionic-bower.git", exit code of #128 fatal: unable to connect to github.com: github.com[0: 192.30.253.113]: errno=No such file or directory

I also have tried $ bower install #1.1.1 and $ bower install driftyco/ionic-bower#master and got the same error message
