Ion footer and Action Sheet not working in iPhone X

There has been an update to ionic.css to handle actions sheets and footer bars within ionic-angular@3.7.0, but that is not reflected within this project. Can you please update?

@mhartington we have the issue on all ion-footer-bar would you able to help with this ? we using ionic - driftyco/ionic-bower#^1.3.5 and still see the issue.

Your comments suggest on this PR that we need to apply padding ion ion-footer here
- "Hmm, alright I know whats up. Right now we're only applying padding to ion-tabs for the bottom. I'll add the ion-footer padding as well"

I added following CSS in my style.css as a quick fix

.platform-ios.platform-cordova:not(.fullscreen) .iphoneX.bar-footer {
min-height: calc(constant(safe-area-inset-bottom) + 44px);
min-height: calc(env(safe-area-inset-bottom) + 44px);
}

.platform-ios.platform-cordova:not(.fullscreen) .action-sheet-wrapper {
margin: constant(safe-area-inset-top) auto constant(safe-area-inset-bottom);
margin: env(safe-area-inset-top) auto env(safe-area-inset-bottom);
}

.platform-ios.platform-cordova:not(.fullscreen) .iphoneX.has-footer {
bottom: calc(constant(safe-area-inset-bottom) + 44px);
bottom: calc(env(safe-area-inset-bottom) + 44px);
}

And used class iphoneX on ion-footer and ion-content

@rnagella - not sure if it will make a difference, but according to the official guide, they mention to use bower install #1.3.5, instead of the driftyco/ version, not sure if that would make a difference though?
