While I'm certain that assertThat(actual, is(actual)); was a typo and assertThat(actual, is(expected)); should be correct, it causes the test to fail. To me it seems like #listAllPublicRepositories is not returning all elements for reasons I do not understand.

This PR aims to migrate all tests to JUnit5. Changes include:
I am well aware that this is a quite large changeset however I hope that there is still interest in this PR and it will be reviewed.
