Queries using RETURNING don't have a great DX #955

Hi, I know that sqlx is in a stable state but I still wanted to know if adding a method func (db sqlx.DB) NamedGet(dest interface{}, query string, params interface{}) has ever been considered and if it's the case why it hasn't been implemented ?
