Defect
The provider-usage hold banner reset
autoResumeto the default enabled state whenever astartedordeferredactivity omitted the toggle. The server intentionally omits that field when refreshing a provider reset time and when recording a deferred turn, so a user's disabled auto-resume choice could be silently re-enabled in the UI.Fix
Preserve the existing derived toggle when a hold activity omits
autoResume, while honoring explicit boolean values. Add a regression test covering a disabled toggle followed by a reset-time refresh.Verification
git diff --checkpassed.Residual risk
The focused test should run in CI with the repository's normal dependency/tooling setup.
