… stage-art commit The 2026-09-09 stage-art landing (5eb72f5) modifies the upstream SidebarStageBackdrop.tsx component; the additive guard now fails on main and on every PR against the fork baseline. Add the file to allowedModifiedFiles so the lane's PRs can go green again.

The 2026-09-09 stage-art commit (5eb72f5) modifies upstream file apps/web/src/components/SidebarStageBackdrop.tsx without a whitelist entry, so T3Team Additive Guard fails on main and on every PR against the fork baseline. Adds the file to allowedModifiedFiles. Verified locally: node t3team-additive-guard.mjs passes (176 changed files checked against t3team/fork-baseline-20260908-postsync).
