Summary
Update CodeRabbit settings, making it less verbose overall by disabling a lot of the fluff in its workflow comment.
E.g. it will no longer post a comment in every PR even without the review label.
Instead on requested PRs it will register itself as a workflow and keep the PR status pending until the review is finished.
If it finds no actionable comments it will approve the PR:
I also update the ignore list to include example CRs as I found that it can handle those surprisingly well.
