Version bump for the work merged since v0.37.0: the gamepad epic on the assembler side (sdl_gamepad relocation #271, Android gamepad fixes #268/#269/#272/#273, opt-out flag #274, core pins #267, test unification #276), Windows desktop build fixes for sokol/raylib (#277), the Windows symlink copy fallback in generate (#278), and the gamepad-sim verification harness + CI runtime check (#279). Tag v0.38.0 will be pushed after merge to trigger the binary release.
