Version 2.15.2 falls within published jackson-databind advisory ranges, and 2.18.10 contains the fixes on the 2.18 line. This also addresses the Jackson version skew noted in #8903. The resolved Java classpath passed the JSON utility tests and a targeted deserialization check with Arrow's 2.18.3 core and time module.
