docs(base): generalize analysis contracts

Summary

Port the final net changes from #2262 onto a fresh branch based on the current main, without carrying the original PR's intermediate commit history.

Changes

• Lock each analysis output series to an explicit source, population, measure, grouping, and applicable time/formula semantics before conclusion-bearing calculations.
• Keep user-requested metrics independent and prevent diagnostic alternatives from silently replacing the selected field, filter, date, denominator, or formula.
• Model continuous calendar buckets as adjacent half-open intervals and preserve empty buckets according to the locked metric contract.
• Document an exact +data-query recovery path for local-calendar boundaries, with complete NDJSON fallback when the date-dimension result cannot be proven complete.
• Require export, JOIN, boundary-record, and compatible bucket-to-total coverage checks before presenting a complete conclusion.

Impact

This is a documentation-only change. It adds no task-specific field priority, denominator default, evaluation case ID, or business-specific analysis recipe.
