Note

Overview
Tightens the symfony/cache Composer constraint in test-service from ^6.4|^7.2 to ^8.1.9, so installs resolve to Symfony Cache 8.1.x (including the v8.1.9 bugfix for ArrayAdapter::expiresAfter() clock handling) instead of 6.x or 7.x.

No application code changes in this PR—only the dependency declaration. The test service still uses Symfony\Component\Cache\Adapter\FilesystemAdapter for LaunchDarkly big-segment caching via the existing SdkClientEntity setup.
