Review comments at @docs-site/src/content/docs/guides/providers.md:
- Around line 1089-1090: Add localized Qoder guidance under the PAT recovery and
Quota sections in the Japanese, Korean, Russian, and Simplified Chinese provider
guides. Match the English guidance, including which failures permit key
recovery, its replay constraints, the quota classifications, and the cooldown
behavior for undated failures.
Review comments at @src/adapters/qoder/adapter.ts:
- Line 42: Remove the generic 429 rate-limit branch from the Qoder error
classifier so only explicitly supported authentication failures receive
apiKeyRecovery permission. Update the corresponding generic rate-limit test
expectation to false.

P2 — src/adapters/qoder/adapter.ts:37-40 still grants key replay on non-account quota wording at 2ab8757364d8da1ee50c6604b974ef2d318de418.
A result {type:"result", is_error:true, result:"Team daily usage limit reached"} (no numeric code) matches the fallback and gets status:429, apiKeyRecovery:true; so does "This model's daily usage limit reached". An unknown present error_code falls through too. The outer recoverRunTurnKey consumes that permission to cool the physically sent key and replay with another key, although a team/model/shared limit does not establish that another key can serve it. Recognized numeric vetoes and the removal of generic rate-limit recovery do not cover these text-only cases.
Please restrict the legacy fallback to unambiguous supported account-level evidence, with scope/contradiction vetoes (or decline recovery without that evidence). Add adapter and outer runTurn negative cases for team/model/shared daily or credit limits and unknown numeric codes: one physical send, no failed-key cooldown or selection change. Preserve the supported account-level daily/Credits positives and numeric precedence.
This is a direct source-level counterexample, not a real-provider reproduction. Independent synthetic execution is deferred while foreign Cargo builds are active. No provider call or security scan was run. Credential-boundary review, sponsorship and contributor readiness remain separate.

Scoped correction review at 140108fb4fa465e001c473ea965a8ff4e11dea83.
The three-file delta from 2ab8757 addresses my review 5492208850: unknown numeric codes now return before text fallback; the legacy recoverable daily message is anchored to the supported account wording with team/model/shared vetoes; generic daily/credit messages no longer authorize key replay. New adapter and outer-handler negatives assert one synthetic physical send, unchanged active key and no cooldown for the non-account/unknown-code cases.
I am withdrawing that specific change request based on the source and regression changes, not granting full-PR or credential-boundary approval. Independent test execution remains deferred while foreign Cargo/rustc builds are active. The description still calls 2ab8757 its latest validated head; please update Verification with exact 140108f results (or explicitly identify deferred scope), using the current Bun 1.4.3 runner after refreshing dev. The PR is now conflicting with current dev and remains Draft. Mechanical hygiene/target successes are not executable CI proof; no security scan, sponsorship, workflow approval, real provider call or merge was performed.
Specific correctness objection addressed in current source and focused regression changes; see new exact-head scoped review. Not whole-PR approval, independent execution or boundary/sponsorship sign-off.

Reviewed at 568e78d. Recovery is limited to explicit PAT rejection (105 / exit 41 / QoderAuthError) and account-level daily/Credits codes 110/118; team/model/shared and unknown numeric codes are vetoed; failed-key capture is per physical send and rotation goes through the hop budget. Focused suites (qoder adapter, key-failover e2e, generic OAuth failover) pass 246/0 on a merge with current dev; typecheck clean; CI green. Minor follow-up idea: the text fallback regex for 'invalid token' is broad, but it only applies without error_code and pre-output.
Summary
runTurnrequests from scoped credential failures when anapiKeyPoolhas another eligible key. Qoder's private classifier authorizes recovery for explicit PAT rejection and supported account-level daily/Credits exhaustion; sharing the coding-agent runner does not enable this behavior for CodeBuddy or Claude CLI.Verification
