- Line 113: Update the proxy URL resolution used by resolvedProxyEnv so it
reuses the validated owned Claude URL or bound intercept port rather than
deriving ownership solely from the current config.port. Add a regression test
for service installation after the configured port changes without restarting
the intercept pair, verifying the service definition uses the still-bound proxy
URL.

Reviewed exact head e7d17395b55da58271809ab8a26f8ece98ccb27e against dev, including all six changed files and the existing pinned token reader. Ownership now requires this installation's usable existing credential and the canonical loopback URL components, rather than the opencodex username/address shape alone. This preserves unrelated authenticated proxies while still excluding an inherited owned URL after configured-port drift. The default reader does not create, rewrite or harden a credential during this inspection. No blocking issue found in this scope.
The regressions exercise the default lookup, configured-port drift, unrelated credentials/components, fallback spelling and absent/unusable-token no-creation controls. I independently inspected current-head hosted run 39731595298: gates/typecheck, all four selected Ubuntu shards and structure succeeded; the Service lifecycle workflow also completed. No additional local suite, real service installation or native OS acceptance was performed for this review. Skipped Windows/macOS lanes remain explicit coverage limits; merge/platform policy is separate.

Summary
Preserve unrelated authenticated loopback proxies when baking service environments. A proxy's username and address shape do not establish ownership; exclude only the canonical Claude intercept URL authenticated by this installation's existing token.
Ownership is independent of the current configured port, so an inherited URL from a still-bound older port is also excluded after configuration changes. Other credentials, users, hosts, schemes and malformed URLs remain untouched. The lookup neither creates nor logs a token.
Verification
e7d17395b55da58271809ab8a26f8ece98ccb27e, including all four selected test shards. The full local suite and real native service installation were not run under the repository's resource exception.Checklist
