fix(jev): publish Antigravity family quota as decision evidence (carry #7442) - #7549
Conversation
Antigravity is OAuth, so publishDecisionKeyQuota dropped its windows and JEV read every target as unknown. Publish the Gem/Cla family buckets from the collected report, bind them to the model family in jevQuotaSignalFromWindows, and keep per-model rows display-only.
…e key A renamed Google cloud-code-assist row passed antigravityQuotaEligible, so the collector probed the canonical google-antigravity credential on its behalf and JEV read account A's Gem/Cla windows for a row that inference resolves from store[renamed] (which cannot authenticate: no OAuth definition under that name). Eligibility now requires the canonical google-antigravity store key, the quota probe reads its store by the provider name inference uses, and the collector probes the canonical credential once. A two-store regression covers different accounts and quotas, a missing renamed store, and duplicate rows. The JEV choice helper moves from core-combo.ts to the jev-combo-choice.ts sibling so core-combo.ts shrinks instead of growing. Refs #7441 Carries #7442. whose source is retrieveUserQuotaSummary; keep fetchAvailableModels fallback

their clocks. Add a regression test for an empty summary response followed by a
Gemini model fallback, verifying the original window and observedAt survive.

When retrieveUserQuotaSummary fails, the fetchAvailableModels fallback labels the first matching model's counter "Gem"/"Cla". antigravityDecisionWindows mapped that row to a five-hour family window with a fresh observedAt, so one model's counter became family evidence and restamped the retained summary window. Decision windows now come only from the summary endpoint; a fallback result keeps its receipt with no windows, so same-owner summary windows survive with their original clocks. Summary
Carries #7442 by @nordz0r onto the current
devtip and resolves its remaining CHANGES_REQUESTED blocker. Refs #7441.Antigravity is an OAuth provider, so
publishDecisionKeyQuotadropped its quota and every JEV target on it readunknowneven while the Cla weekly bucket sat at 100%. WithdecisionQuotaSignals: true, JEV now sees the Gem and Cla five-hour and weekly buckets from a fresh authenticated probe of the sole active OAuth account:The two carried commits (authored by NorD, cherry-picked unchanged) add the receipt-bound evidence path. The probe captures an opaque receipt, so display reports and direct key publication cannot create evidence. Auth-store transitions such as credential, project, login, selection or roster changes withdraw it. A
family(gem|cla) onDecisionQuotaWindowis matched against the resolved nativegemini-/claude-model ID. Per-model rows and Argon stay display-only. Account selection, hard eligibility and fallback are unchanged. The carry commit fixes the open blocker. A renamed Google cloud-code-assist row passed
antigravityQuotaEligible. The collector then probed the canonicalgoogle-antigravitycredential for that row too, and JEV read account A's windows for a row that inference resolves fromstore[renamed]. Now:google-antigravityOAuth store key (ANTIGRAVITY_OAUTH_STORE_KEY)fetchAntigravityQuotareads credential, token and account set by the provider name it was called with, the same keygetValidAccessTokenSnapshot(route.providerName)usesjevChoiceEffortsmoves byte-for-byte (plus one comment) fromsrc/server/responses/core-combo.tsinto the new siblingsrc/server/responses/jev-combo-choice.ts.core-combo.tsgoes from 1418 lines ondevto 1395, and the new module is registered in the responses-core inventory. The second carry commit keeps the
fetchAvailableModelsfallback out of family evidence. WhenretrieveUserQuotaSummaryfails, that fallback labels the first matching model's counterGem/Cla. The mapper used to turn that row into a five-hour family window with a freshobservedAt. Decision windows now come only from the summary endpoint. A fallback result keeps its receipt with no windows, so the same owner's summary windows survive with their original clocks.Decisions
getValidAccessTokenSnapshot("renamed"). That readsstore["renamed"]and needsOAUTH_PROVIDERS["renamed"], which does not exist, andocx loginonly accepts registered names. A renamed Antigravity OAuth row therefore cannot authenticate inference at all, so there is no account whose quota could truthfully be published for it. It readsunknown, which tieshealthyand is the documented safe default. The probe also reads by the provider name, so a later widening of eligibility cannot reopen the cross-account path.docs-site/.../guides/combos.md,structure/providers/jev-decision.md). Both previously promised renamed-instance support.Review threads
6f9a111d7and CodeRabbitsrc/providers/quota.ts:127(bind to the inference store key): fixed as described above. A two-store regression gives each account a different quota and covers a missing renamed store, rows with and without explicit CCA mode, and duplicate rows (the canonical bearer is probed once and the renamed bearer never). It fails 4/4 on the carried head and passes after the fix.src/providers/quota/antigravity.ts:375on this PR (models fallback becomes family evidence): fixed in09e1cafba, with regressiona models-endpoint fallback naming a family never becomes or restamps family evidence(red without the source check, green with it).quota-decision-snapshot.ts(requireadapter === "google"): not changed. It is outdated, andeffectiveGoogleModealready returnsnullfor any non-Google adapter. The carried{"adapter":"openai-chat"}replacement test covers it. The reviewer confirmed this thread targets superseded code.report-cache.ts(retain previous family windows on an empty refresh): not changed. It is outdated, andreplaceAntigravityQuotasalready retains same-owner omitted family windows with their original clocks (testdisplay-only refresh retains same live producer's original windows). The reviewer also confirmed this one is superseded.Co-authored-by: NorD 6949669+nordz0r@users.noreply.github.com
