docs(i18n): add Spanish website and documentation - #7559
Refs #1551. Adds Spanish to the existing Astro/Starlight public website and all 80 current canonical documentation paths, including navigation, landing/benchmark copy, metadata, code controls and Pagefind search. The shared Desktop/browser dashboard and README localization remain separate contributions.
Published head: 95205d1c4a514a72c2c5d2abeddfbbdb8b354159. Ordinary merge 5a193fe103ebe0d94d1c6b52c1117d8392aaee37 incorporates dev through 0a30c551304927c93c26a96c034bd39a166c7460 (2.98.0), preserving published history. All upstream test registrations and the docs shard are retained. The final fetch before publication found zero missing dev commits.
This follow-up addresses the five inline findings, one outside-diff finding and two unverified comments from the completed November 2 review:
Separate default/custom-port foreground quickstart commands in all nine locales and explain the second terminal.
Correct the Spanish storage lock, queued model-save ordering and failed integration read-back descriptions.
Clarify empty/whitespace dedicated-header fallback versus nonempty invalid-header precedence in all nine server references, with a regression against the current resolver.
Correct the UTC receipt date and both receipt wording comments.
Current-dev synchronization adds the Ollama client guide and updates Spanish Kiro structured output, Codex affinity/persistence, quota selection, Kimi/Qoder capabilities, sync fanout, service/uninstall behavior, orchestrated updates, HTTP update authority and Messages error handling. Prior review fixes and mobile language navigation are retained. Targeted semantic and technical checks do not replace independent linguistic acceptance of every sentence.
No production runtime, native Desktop, dependency/lockfile, CI-policy or CodeRabbit-configuration changes relative to dev. The earlier scoped role-history test-budget correction is retained without weakening assertions. The tracked receipt contains exact selections, prior evidence and diagnostic limits.
Verification
Windows, Bun 1.4.4, frozen root/docs installs, repository wrapper/preload and isolated synthetic homes. Personal Desktop configuration, credentials and provider accounts were not used.
Current check
Result
All docs guards, both layout guards and data-plane identity
All six Windows failures occur during file-symlink creation with EPERM, before the intended store assertions. The complete test file matches dev. Its 33 cases pass without source/assertion/budget changes in official oven/bun:1.4.4 Linux (digest sha256:1d22548f177f4ff38e0c15baa3c2c46c6c2060ba2d1bc573bb4720b407548f1d), with network disabled, a read-only checkout and temporary synthetic homes. The temporary container/image was removed. The Windows expansion is not represented as green; Linux does not establish verification on a Windows host permitted to create those links.

The receipt includes the exact read-only/no-network Docker command. The new quickstart regression was observed failing before correction. The header test uses only synthetic keys and covers empty, whitespace-only, invalid nonempty and valid dedicated headers. Prior isolated server-auth, Docker-example CLI and Workspace Bash probes remain historical evidence for their recorded revisions, not new-head full-suite results.
Full-suite resource exception: the entire root suite was not repeated on this shared Windows host after prior expensive interrupted runs. Complete docs checks, focused runtime coverage and explicit diagnostics are recorded above. Remaining full-suite/platform coverage belongs to authorized hosted CI. Unrun suites, native packaged-client execution and live-provider acceptance are not described as passing.
Actual-browser inspection of the final build verifies the new Ollama guide, corrected foreground quickstart, storage/save text and HTTP-update warning at 1280/390/320 px, lang=es and no page-level horizontal overflow. Long commands scroll inside their blocks. Viewport overrides were reset. This is agent-run evidence, not independent Spanish/render acceptance.
New captures are pinned outside the source branch on pr-assets at 01ea6efd4b3651612c5a2099a7edcc80050a0f14:
Hosted CI for this published head:Cross-platform CI: action_required; Codex queue helpers: action_required. Both require maintainer authorization; neither is passing evidence. Event-gate checks are separate.
Missing, queued, skipped, cancelled, approval-required and older-head results are not passes. A maintainer must authorize required fork PR CI. No workflow was dispatched/rerun and no permission, label or reviewer assignment was changed; lane=all remains a batched dev check.
Checklist
Scope stays focused and avoids unrelated cleanup.
Docs or release notes were updated when needed.
Security-sensitive changes were reviewed for secrets, auth, and unsafe defaults. Public claims were checked against current implementation; maintainer security approval remains separate.
Review readiness checklist
Required local validation passed; commands, results, and any full-suite exception are documented.
I pushed my PR to a recent dev commit (at most 10 behind; a maintainer may still ask for the exact tip before merge).
I resolved all correct Codex and CodeRabbit findings.
My PR is ready for review.
All known findings from the completed review are addressed. At the contributor's explicit confirmation, this exact head is ready for maintainer review. One new full CodeRabbit review has been requested without waiting for its result. Maintainer-arranged independent Spanish/render acceptance is still pending, together with authorized successful current-head CI and maintainer integration approval. Historical contributor acceptance and agent screenshots do not replace independent acceptance. Ready for review requests that review; it does not claim approval or permission to merge.
It looks like this branch is under active development. To avoid overwhelming you with review comments due to an influx of new commits, CodeRabbit has automatically paused this review. You can configure this behavior by changing the reviews.auto_review.auto_pause_after_reviewed_commits setting.
This pull request adds Spanish support to the documentation site and translates technical guides, references, and troubleshooting pages. It also revises technical claims and examples across existing locales, adds documentation regression checks, and updates SQLite fixture cleanup.

Full details: Title check
Explanation
The title "docs(i18n): add Spanish website and documentation" matches the main change. The raw summary and objectives show the PR adds Spanish to the Astro/Starlight site (locale config, Header, Landing, FrontierBoards, SiteJsonLd) and adds Spanish pages across the 80 canonical documentation paths, plus related tests and layout entries. The title is short, specific, and names the primary change. It does not mention the minor test or tooling changes, which is acceptable.

This is the docs-site-first extraction requested in the closure of #7406. The dashboard and README are being preserved on separate branches, without opening competing review requests. The published head is 8ad7522, based on current dev 5f7f7db. Local validation and real browser captures are in the description. The PR remains Draft for owner/localization acceptance; current hosted functional checks still need maintainer authorization.
Please review this documentation-only scope and its guards, including the six documentation corrections carried from the final #7406 review. This does not attest independent human language acceptance. The contributor will inspect the completed review; we are not waiting for its result.
The CLI registry, help text, dispatch logic, tests, and lifecycle documentation all define this subcommand. No documentation change is required for this concern.
The foreground-to-service handoff is already implemented.
ocx service install stops the tracked foreground proxy before writing service assets, then installs and verifies the service. It releases the previous ownership only after registration succeeds. Leaving ocx start running before installation is therefore supported. The proposed instruction to stop it first is unnecessary and could remove the intended failure-safe behavior.
The finding is refuted. --restart-codex intentionally restarts app servers and fully quits and relaunches the Codex desktop app. --restart-app-server-only is the narrower alternative and leaves the desktop app running.
⚠️Unverified finding
Verification ran but could not confirm this finding. It is shown for review, not as a verified issue.
Qualify the automatic-restart claim.
These lines say that service managers restart the process after failure. The sign-in troubleshooting page states that the Codex integration does not install a background service and requires a separate ocx service install step. Users without an installed and configured service manager may therefore expect recovery that does not occur.
Change this to: Cuando hay un gestor de servicios instalado y configurado, puede reiniciar el proceso si falla.
As per path instructions, localized documentation must remain consistent with actual CLI/API behavior and related documentation.
⚠️Unverified finding
Verification ran but could not confirm this finding. It is shown for review, not as a verified issue.
Fix the first heading level.
### Backends de búsqueda web adicionales is the first document heading after front matter, so it has no level-two parent and violates MD001. Change it to ##, or add a containing level-two section.
⚠️Unverified finding
Verification ran but could not confirm this finding. It is shown for review, not as a verified issue.
Add the blank line required after the fenced block.
markdownlint-cli2 reports MD031 because this fenced block is immediately followed by the admonition terminator. Add an empty line between the closing fence and :::.
⚠️Unverified finding
Verification ran but could not confirm this finding. It is shown for review, not as a verified issue.
Remove the trailing space from the inline code span.
The # span has a space before its closing backtick. markdownlint-cli2 reports MD038 on this line. Write `#` seguido de un espacio or move the trailing space outside the code span while preserving the serialized header.

repair`. Clarify that an admin-token collision in the existing file requires
deleting that file before running `ocx service repair`, and ensure the Spanish
wording accurately reflects the CLI behavior.
- Around line 318-330: Rewrite the `ocx service repair` and `ocx service
restart` section with clear, complete sentences and correctly delimited
inline-code spans. State that `repair` leaves an unchanged healthy job running,

describe where the dashboard keeps the token; keep the guidance aligned with
actual CLI/API behavior.
Review comments at @docs-site/src/content/docs/es/reference/adapters.md:
- Around line 133-134: Rewrite the Command Code and MiMo paragraph to clearly
distinguish when repeated tool-call markup remains text, is released, or is
restored as a call. Use separate, grammatically complete sentences that preserve
the existing conditions and behaviors, including native-call matching, clean
completion, and interrupted or failed turns.
- Around line 104-108: Rewrite the `agent_message` paragraph in clear Spanish,
separating the conversion rules into distinct sentences. Preserve the conditions
for non-`forward` and `forward` `authMode`, the `422 unknown item type
"agent_message"` failure, and xAI’s conversion of non-blank string results,
including which items remain unchanged.

its omitted contract members, including reportsPhysicalSends, formatErrorBody,
localTerminal, tierMetadata parser parameters, and tierLogForRunTurn, or
explicitly label the snippet as abbreviated.
Review comments at @docs-site/src/content/docs/es/reference/architecture.md:

inactividad” or an equivalent established Spanish term.
Review comments at @docs-site/src/content/docs/es/reference/cli.md:

clearly that detailed help is unavailable and directs the reader to the known
model family; keep the example command and table structure unchanged.
Review comments at @docs-site/src/content/docs/es/reference/cli/messaging.md:
- Line 104: Rewrite the Spanish sentence in the paragraph surrounding
`OPENCODEX_HOME` to clearly state that the actual WebSocket connection must be

requirements without weakening them.

recovery. Preserve the existing description of the parser/formatter checks and
other coverage exclusions.
Review comments at @docs-site/src/content/docs/es/reference/configuration.md:

exports; selecting one routes to the base model with the priority service level;
and setting fastRows to false hides generated rows while leaving the base row
available.
- Around line 96-98: Rewrite the “Escrituras atómicas” note as two or three
complete Spanish sentences. Clearly state that opencodex writes managed
config.toml and opencodex-catalog.json through a temporary file and then
atomically renames it, and that when a managed TOML file contains an integer
outside JavaScript’s safe range, the rewrite is rejected and the original file
remains unchanged.

stating that the proxy fails to start.

all PR quality gates passed; the review readiness checklist is complete.
Review readiness checklist
✅ Required local validation passed; commands, results, and any full-suite exception are documented.
✅ I pushed my PR to a recent dev commit (at most 10 behind; a maintainer may still ask for the exact tip before merge).
✅ I resolved all correct Codex and CodeRabbit findings.
✅ My PR is ready for review.
✅ 4/4 boxes ticked.
This pull request is already Ready for Review.
The review-ready label marks this PR as ready; review automation runs independently.
Maintainers: @lidge-jun@Ingwannu
Needs fixes before this can land: resolve dev conflicts while preserving all shards; correct whitespace-only handling in PR file es/reference/adapters.md:104 to match dev’s reference/adapters.md:241; obtain human Spanish acceptance and fresh CI.
Still needed on dev: yes — docs-site/astro.config.mjs:64 has no Spanish locale. This is the docs-site split requested from #7406.
Exact-head CI at triage time: 44d4bbe — reported checks pass; Cross-platform CI, React Doctor and Codex queue helpers are action_required. lane=all on exact head: no.
Please refresh onto current dev when addressing these; heads older than dev need a fresh exact-head CI run before review.
@lidge-jun Addressed the technical items in your triage comment, published together at f4cead0f67c7897161a2bf0c2c0a180f7757c706.
Merged current dev through ceef4889e4666dc0492a375d272eafa5b785361e (2.93.0), including 2494848f56, preserving the published history. GitHub now reports the PR mergeable, with no dev conflicts.
Preserved all eight upstream test-layout shards byte-for-byte and appended the documentation shard. The layout guards pass.
Corrected the adapter paragraph to distinguish nonblank strings from empty/whitespace-only strings, matching canonical English and the existing runtime regression cases.
Synchronized Spanish with the intervening English changes, including JEV session pinning/strategy preservation, Antigravity account model availability, provider updates, Hermes affinity, native effort normalization and Remote Link readiness/diagnostics.
Local validation: 512 focused docs/layout/structure/hygiene/adapter/export tests plus 9 file-size tests passed; after the last dev merge, another 143 teardown/auth regressions passed. Final Spanish guard recheck: 15 passed, 2,138 assertions. Typecheck, structure and privacy checks pass. Final offline docs build: 667 pages, 97,690 internal links checked. The updated description documents commands, the full-root-suite resource exception, earlier screenshots and this refresh's screenshot-service limitation.
Human Spanish/render acceptance remains pending, so the PR stays Draft. The new exact-head Cross-platform CI, React Doctor and Codex queue helpers require maintainer authorization. Please authorize the fork runs and arrange the lane=all exact-head validation requested in triage. The current automatic CodeRabbit success status says the Draft review was skipped; it is not fresh review evidence.
Please review the complete current head f4cead0f67c7897161a2bf0c2c0a180f7757c706, including Spanish semantic parity and the preserved test-layout shards.
Point the Spanish code-signing link to the Spanish policy page.
On /es/, this link uses base, so it opens the English policy at /reference/code-signing/. A Spanish policy page exists at es/reference/code-signing.md. Use the locale prefix only for Spanish. The other locales have no code-signing page, so applying prefix to every locale would send them to missing pages.

Inspect service ownership before documenting this sequence.
ocx service install must either adopt the running foreground proxy or start and verify a separate service-owned proxy. Otherwise, the two ocx ready --json checks can both observe the foreground process, while the installed service remains unable to serve after that process exits.
If installation does not transfer ownership safely, stop the foreground proxy before installation and verify readiness and status after the service starts.

Published the consolidated corrections for all 20 documentation findings in f1c83520c37c9fc3c95c60580f944b6bb7b16dce. The preceding Windows SQLite-fixture fix in eab49f9ad and all maintainer carry commits are preserved.
The corrections cover the localized sidebar, workflow merge-ref guidance, defaults and activation timing, bind/auth wording, quota privacy, Cursor effort, integration Disable refusal, Logs, roster/usage semantics, strict effort, migration, configured client keys and encrypted-task recovery/error precedence. Executor recipes are synchronized across all nine locales; Video Bridge examples consistently use the environment reference and explicit key mode. The Japanese provider example now parses as JSON. The tracked receipt contains the item-by-item disposition table.
Verification is updated in the description: final Spanish guard 20 pass / 0 fail after restoring the delimiter caught by the initial docs selection; the other fourteen files contributed 373 passing cases. Both new example guards failed before the docs corrections and pass afterward. Related semantic contracts: 46 pass / 0 fail; six stub-only Bash/Windows PowerShell cases passed without real pairing or network access. Final build: 703 pages / 104,174 internal links. Typecheck, structure, size ratchet and staged privacy passed. The full-root resource exception and unexecuted native/live-provider acceptance remain explicit.
All 91 known threads are now resolved (71 earlier + these 20), which does not establish fresh review of this head. Browser inspection confirmed Spanish Platform Support navigation and mobile pairing layout; captures are pinned on the separate pr-assets branch. Keep Draft for the independent Spanish/render acceptance the maintainer offered to arrange and the remaining readiness confirmation.
Current-head Cross-platform CI and Codex queue helpers require maintainer authorization. No per-PR lane=all dispatch or CI-policy change was made.

Published the consolidated follow-up in dcd216c87e0da7f61f845adaa23b14d7f6a7a709, after ordinary merge ab24a74ce of the 18 newer dev commits through 98bd8c07b (2.96.0). The PR is conflict-free at this snapshot and all 112 known inline threads are resolved.
All 14 latest inline findings are corrected. The three outside-diff comments are addressed too: six retained Pi guides now document nonempty-ladder reasoning and thinkingLevelMap; seven Agent Quickstarts and the linked remote-access chapters distinguish model admission from independent management credentials; and the mobile landing menu now exposes language links. The additional unverified root-CLI discovery wording is corrected and synchronized with the loaded-session contract.
The broader audit includes current-dev Claude quota/Ultra changes, mandatory-tool combo rules, Qoder raster ceilings, role-apply limits/recovery and the new stored-thread MCP queue chapter. The adjacent public privacy instructions and image-relay fallback claims are corrected where retained. Examples and identifiers remain synchronized across all 79 Spanish canonical paths. Screenshots stay on pr-assets, outside the source branch.
Final verification: complete docs guards 385 pass / 0 fail; complete isolated client-connect 53 pass / 0 fail; corrected role-history 9 pass / 0 fail; typecheck, structure, size ratchet and staged privacy passed. Full site build passed: 712 pages / 106,109 internal links. Thirty shipped Hub recipes passed with synthetic stdin and an in-process Bash stub.
The description records the initial 32-file command accurately: 1,052 passes, 35 platform skips, four timeouts and one post-timeout error. Three unchanged connection probes passed in the full isolated file. The 50-apply/50-restore durable-I/O regression also timed out in isolation; only that case now uses the existing bounded bulk-write budget. A counterfactual role limit of 49 still fails its exit assertion in 234 ms, and the full final file passes. The entire root suite was not repeated and no cross-platform/native/live-provider success is claimed.
Actual-browser checks cover English-to-Spanish navigation, selected language and lang=es, and layout at 320/390/1280 px. Personal Desktop state and credentials were not used.
Keeping Draft for the fresh review and maintainer-arranged independent Spanish/render acceptance. Required exact-head Cross-platform CI and Codex queue helpers need maintainer authorization. No workflow was dispatched/rerun, and no lane=all, policy, permission or CodeRabbit-config change was made.

Use fallida instead of leída for the read-back failure.
The implementation records a matching GET result as observed. A failed GET leaves the value unknown, adds ultraFastTier to unverifiedFields, and returns a nonzero status. The Spanish text incorrectly includes successful reads by using leída.

when the holder is an opencodex, or start on a free port with `ocx start --port <port>`. It does not
move to another port by itself — that is what used to leave two proxies running with Codex pointed
at the newer one.
A live opencodex instance using the same `OPENCODEX_HOME` prevents a second start, even on a free port. Stop that instance first with `ocx stop`, or use a separate `OPENCODEX_HOME` for an independent instance. If an unrelated process holds the requested port, `ocx start` identifies it; choose a free port with `ocx start --port <port>`. It never changes ports automatically, which avoids leaving two proxies running with Codex pointed at the newer one.

Refs #1551. All upstream test registrations and the docs shard are retained. The final fetch before publication found zero missing dev commits. This follow-up addresses the five inline findings, one outside-diff finding and two unverified comments from the completed November 2 review:
Current-dev synchronization adds the Ollama client guide and updates Spanish Kiro structured output, Codex affinity/persistence, quota selection, Kimi/Qoder capabilities, sync fanout, service/uninstall behavior, orchestrated updates, HTTP update authority and Messages error handling. Prior review fixes and mobile language navigation are retained. Targeted semantic and technical checks do not replace independent linguistic acceptance of every sentence.
No production runtime, native Desktop, dependency/lockfile, CI-policy or CodeRabbit-configuration changes relative to dev. The earlier scoped role-history test-budget correction is retained without weakening assertions. The tracked receipt contains exact selections, prior evidence and diagnostic limits.
Verification
Windows, Bun 1.4.4, frozen root/docs installs, repository wrapper/preload and isolated synthetic homes. Personal Desktop configuration, credentials and provider accounts were not used.
All six Windows failures occur during file-symlink creation with
