• Edit network button needs to be rethought

Edit mode:

• Remove multi-delete interface
• Make more clear the distinction between the UI parts
• Single delete only plus confirmation modal
• "Add an IP address" as a new section
• Rename failover IP addresses
• Swap IP needs to deal with moving IP addresses
