Many minor UI fixes and improvements

Changes 🔄

• Add ellipsis and tooltip in Destinations and Streams tables for Names
• Add ID to the items in Destination Name autocomplete
• Validate Bucket name in Destination Form for forbidden characters
• In Destination/Stream Summary: align the buttons in the same line for smaller screens
• In Destination/Stream Forms: scroll into view the field with the validation error
• Fix the Select all checkbox in the Clusters list when all clusters have disabled log generation
• Rename "Kubernetes Audit Logs" to "Kubernetes API Audit Logs"
• Move Logs higher in PrimaryNav
• Add docs links

Upon production release, changes in this PR will be visible to:
