deepin pr auto review

• 添加了启动时自动检查更新的功能 (feat: Automatically check for updates on startup, with a limit of once within 7 days #202)
• 修复了空闲时间下载相关的问题 (fix: Issues related to idle-time downloading #205)

lastore-daemon (6.2.29) unstable; urgency=medium

  * fix: Use Output for querying installed packages (#208)
  * fix: Hide power menu update buttons during backup process to prevent conflicts (#207)
  * feat: Automatically check for updates on startup to improve user experience (#202)
  * fix: Resolve idle-time downloading memory leak issue (#205)
