Summary

libUEMF (current master c0d53e0, via Inkscape 1.4.2) cannot open this particular EMF file: 2025111211204500005006.emf.

Other notes

Apparently this is because it contains a U_EMR_FORCEUFIMAPPING tag which is currently unsupported.
