[Feature request] When linking to pull requests / issues on a private repository, show a preview instead of an error page

Currently, if I link to an issue on a private github repository, the link preview is the github "Build software better, together" page.

It would be really nice if (similar to code previews) this replaced the preview with the PR/issue title (and perhaps labels/projects/milestones/assignees).
