Node Compatiblity Information  #21

There should be information about the compatibility with Node versions. I could not find anything on the npm package page or the issues page or in the package.json. I was looking for this crucial information because this is a dependency of an important package I was looking into.
Please provide a way to communicate this information in an easily accessible manner. Some of the places could be:

2. GitHub Repository
3. Release Notes
4. package.json (the engines property or some other place)
