Feature: Allowing Blacklist and Whitelist models for backends #1475

Feature Idea

Currently we are having options to restrict certain user groups (Roles) not to use some models. This is userful, but in case of having a couple of SwarmUI computers or multi gpu setup with different compute capability cards it could be a good idea to restrict certain models from being processed on weaker GPU's (i.e. Video models).

In my case I have two SwarmUI instances with shared model folder via symbolic link so every backend on both GPU's sees same models and requests to generate any type of workload will try to use first free GPU which can result in some troubles with weaker GPU.
