Steps to Reproduce

CREATE ENUMERATION MyModule."TestEnum" (
  "Value1" CAPTION 'It''s a test'
);

Then run:

DESCRIBE ENUMERATION MyModule.TestEnum

Actual Result

Output contains 'It's a test' — unescaped single quote inside a string literal.

Expected Result

DESCRIBE escapes single quotes as '': 'It''s a test'.
