The last commits improve running times in some recent assemblies of 2.9, 4.6 and 5.3 Gbp (based on the final fasta output from MegaHIT). Running times decreased from about 5% up to ~40% in the smallest assembly. There are less benefits in the largest assemblies, but they still translate in several hours gained. |
