Summary

Bump Spring Initializr Java Support from 0.12.0 to 0.12.1 in package.json and both root version fields in package-lock.json, and add the release changelog entry. Dependency versions and resolutions are unchanged by this PR.

Release scope and version decision

Reviewed the latest stable release v0.12.0, every commit through upstream main at 6a2e61cc4faa77ff6ac7b51cfab2364e76b4dd96, merged PRs, and the actual release-range diff.

Patch release: there are no new user-facing features. The user-facing change is the project ZIP-extraction fix in #283, merged as 5838162. The other changes are dependency updates, CI/test infrastructure, and internal lint/tooling adjustments, which are intentionally excluded from the changelog.

• Prevent Gradle project generation from hanging during ZIP extraction and report an error if extraction times out. #283
