winget upgrade command failing to update source: winget

Seem to have an error when trying to upgrade a program. Whenever I run winget upgrade this shows up after running the command:
Failed in attempting to update the source: winget
It then shows everything that can be upgraded and when the winget upgrade --all command is used I get 404 errors on all the packages.

Found the issue. I was not a part of the insiders program. Once enabled the errors have stopped.
