docs: rapl.md presents the Threadripper 68+68 = 137 W sum as correct #1392

docs/explanation/rapl.md:166 reads package-0-die-0: 68 W | package-0-die-1: 68 W | CodeCarbon: 137 W in the Threadripper 1950X walkthrough, with no note that summing two dies reporting the same value is the double-count discussed in #1274.

Whatever comes out of #1274 / #1276, this line should not stay as an unannotated example of correct behaviour.
