make whether or not you keep cross text/figure/table references available in the text.

hi @jdkent ! fun to see some activity here :) I hope you're all doing well and neurosynth-compose is going well!

oh hey @jeromedockes! thanks! yes, I'm doing well, how are you?

We are actively growing the platform, looks like you are also doing exciting things with skrub!

That may become relevant for some of projects in the future! I'm currently looking at scikit-learn and skore integrations with NiMARE.

@adelavega @jeromedockes , who should have permission to merge this? Should I have that permission?

Hi @jdkent ! sorry I forgot to answer before. Yes both you and @adelavega should have permission, I just sent you an invite to this repo :)

jdkent added a commit to neurostuff/elsevier_coordinate_extractor that referenced this pull request Sep 18, 2026
Avoids a resolver conflict in downstream consumers (ns-pond-ingestion-workflow)
that also depend on this fork branch. This package only uses two unrelated
pubget internals (_neurosynth_guess_space, _extract_coordinates_from_table),
so the fork is a safe superset. Revert to neuroquery/pubget@main once
neuroquery/pubget#60 merges upstream.
