[Bug]: File Version naming not an option while having group folders app enabled

Bug description

As soon as you enable the Groups Folder app the file version naming option is no longer an option on any files not just group folder files

Should be fixed with #39265, right?

Looks like #39265 has fixed this issue. Running NC 27.0.1 RC1 with Group folders enabled and the naming option is now there.
