It'd be good to figure out where the doc tool stuff is at. I did a bit of work on that and then got too busy to continue, @kahwee also did some work in nodejs/node#5408, but it appears to have stalled.

When is the next working group meeting? Is this that?

I think it's save to say that this working group has stalled. Unless anyone revives it, there likely won't be a meeting. cc @jasnell what is the general process with stalled WGs?
