test-http-curl-chunk-problem fails on CentOS5

This has failed twice in a row now in CI, I don't know how to interpret this and I don't think it should hold up a release (#768) but I'd appreciate someone diving in to this or at least taking a guess at what this might be, a libuv thing perhaps?
