The "[ Node 20 ] Run tests and push to codecov" job failed while building the Docker image, before any tests ran. apt install -y curl returned 404s from the debian-security bullseye mirror for openssl, ca-certificates, libcurl4, curl and libnghttp2-14. Bullseye is end of life, so that mirror no longer serves those package versions.

  • Dockerfile: change the base image from debian:bullseye-slim to debian:bookworm-slim.
-FROM debian:bullseye-slim
+FROM debian:bookworm-slim

The nvm install and Node setup steps are unchanged. I haven't confirmed they work on bookworm, so please check that the Docker build and the Node 20 job pass in CI.
