- Remove genop test (TODO: find a way to test the generic operation) - Fix output buffers: we must pass allocated objects as output, otherwise the C part of the code overwrites the original write argument. - add build & package functionality - remove dependencies on custom paths (assume vAccelRT is already installed in the system) - remove dependency on vaccelrt and helper lib (add helper lib to vAccelRT [nubificus/vaccel#57]) - create action to test bindings - update image path in tests (Assuming we have installed the vAccelRT deb package, there is an example image in `/usr/local/share/images/example.jpg`) Signed-off-by: Anastassios Nanos <ananos@nubificus.co.uk>

Use a proper package management worfklow. Users will be able to pip install vaccel python bindings
