📚 Description

Large sitemaps repeated expensive sort, URL normalization, XML escaping, and route matching work, while gzip responses were buffered in memory. This caches stable work, compacts URL arrays in place, and streams compression; local benchmarks cut 50,000 URL sorting from 1,267 ms to 119 ms and repeated timestamp normalization from 33.2 ms to 2.6 ms. The main package grows by 23 bytes gzipped.
