什么时候应该设置保留字段？#537

在看一些比较底层代码的时候，偶尔会看到有一些保留字段用作未来的拓展。那么什么时候应该设置保留字段呢？代码的设计者是由于有想法没有实现而设置保留字段呢还是拍拍脑袋根据感觉来设置呢？

    设计业务系统的时候，数据库一般都会有1-5个reserve作为保留字段
