Summary

Update the bundled Codex CLI and SDK together from 0.159.0 to 0.159.2 so the SDK, MCP app, and triage eval harness use the same patch release.

Changes

• Update the Codex SDK in all three package manifests and lockfiles.
• Update the Codex CLI, platform packages, and eval overrides to the matching release.

Testing

• Locally passed the five required portable source checks: Ruff lint/format, SDK build:ci, the source compatibility checker, and its nine tests.
• Locally passed MCP executor tests covering worker launch settings and resumed threads.
• Reviewed passing CI for the PR commit, including typechecking, formatting, plugin source contracts, MCP tests, SDK tests, native builds, and installed-package checks across supported platforms.
• Broader local SDK testing encountered fixture failures. A representative empty-PATH failure reproduced with the previous dependency versions; the complete CI run at the reviewed commit passed.
• Confirmed the dependency versions and lockfile references remain consistent across all three directories.

Risk and rollout

Dependency-only patch update. The upstream release fixes Windows console flashing; the SDK source interface used here is unchanged. No application flags, defaults, or configuration changes. Ships with the next package release.
