Summary

Update the transitive URI parser used by Ajv to the upstream patch release.

Changes

• Update fast-uri from 3.1.7 to 3.1.8 in sdk/typescript/pnpm-lock.yaml.
• Ajv resolves fast-uri 3.1.8; direct dependency ranges stay unchanged.

Testing

• Reviewed passing CI at the original PR head, including typechecking, formatting, source contracts, SDK/MCP tests, and package checks across supported platforms.
• Combined validation of all four dependency updates on current main passed: frozen SDK/MCP installs, all five required portable checks, SDK/MCP typechecks, plugin and SDK production builds, 128 focused tests (612 assertions), and MCP stdio smoke tests.

Risk and rollout

Patch-level URI normalization update with unchanged API and Node compatibility. No application code, public CLI, or configuration changes. Included in the next normal package release.
