Summary

Update the Codex SDK and matching CLI from 0.162.0-alpha.1 to 0.162.0-alpha.7 across the TypeScript SDK, MCP app, and triage evals. This replaces the superseded dependency update in #1190.

Changes

• Keep all three Codex SDK consumers on the same version.
• Update the TypeScript SDK's direct CLI dependency and all platform-specific lockfile entries to the matching version.
• Refresh the eval dependency overrides so its transitive Codex packages use the same version.

Testing

CI passed on commit 3b52f8bbcefc1ffbe70789f2332228ab0b839950, including:

• Typechecking and formatting.
• Plugin source contracts and standalone plugin tests.
• Cross-platform SDK, MCP app, and native runtime tests.
• Installed-package checks and container validation.

Risk and rollout

This updates a prerelease runtime dependency. The Codex SDK and CLI remain aligned across packages; no public CLI or SDK surface is added by this change. No migration is required.
