feat(desktop): redesign DMG installer background - #277

The old background was a plain light gradient with a header bar. Replace it with the Akeru Paper look: a warm paper gradient under an ink sky rendered as an ordered Bayer dither on a 2px grid, the akeru wordmark, a violet hand-drawn drag arrow between the icon slots, and a short install instruction. The dither avoids SVG filters so sips rasterizes it crisply at both 1x and 2x. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The DMG installer window opened onto a bare default background. This adds an editorial black-and-paper design at
apps/desktop/resources/dmg/dmg-background-latest.svg(540×380 at 2×): halftone paper texture and a hand-drawn violet arrow guiding from the app icon to the Applications alias.Finder icon positions are unchanged (app at 130,220, /Applications alias at 410,220), so the electron-builder DMG layout config needed no changes.
Visual evidence: open the SVG in this PR's Files changed tab and switch to the rich diff — GitHub renders the full background. The design was reviewed and approved interactively during the working session.
