Hi @BakulBd, A similar problem has been solved here by simply waiting a few days. #156700 You could also contact support by opening a ticket here, select " When benefits are available, in your user settings you'll see the same as in the screenshot below (the PRO badge will also show up on your profile):

Hi @BakulBd , I am having the same issue and whenever I try to create a ticket on the new ticket page, it says -
Now clicking on "View ticket" doesn't actually show the ticket, instead lists down my old 2 tickets those are resolved long ago. Clicking "refresh" does nothing different. I feels like I am restricted to create a new ticket. |

Please ensure your name and address is filled out in the payment information section and apply again here. When you reapply, do not use a VPN and share location with the application.
