Ext storage checkbox to disallow sharing on user-created mounts #28636
Description
Provide a new checkbox for admins only in the settings page that makes it possible to disallow sharing from external storages that were created by users (aka personal mounts).
Currently the users could remove that permission themselves but it doesn't make much sense as the mount is only used by them. The option "Allow sharing" should then be removed from their mount's advanced settings.
Estimate: 2-3 md.
