Disputes, Slashing, and Rewards #22
Description
The remaining work for properly incentivizing and hardening the security of parachain consensus: slashing, disabling, and rewarding backers and approval checkers for their behavior throughout the process of validating parachain blocks.
Q2 milestones:
- Implement past-session slashing (disputes: implement past session slashing polkadot#5947)
- Finalize time overruns spec (Time Disputes polkadot-sdk#742)
- Finalize validator disabling spec (disputes: implement validator disabling (Stale) polkadot-sdk#784)
Q3 milestones:
- Implement validator disabling
- Develop parachain consensus rewards spec with W3F research
