fix(discord-bot): today-recap opens one thread and posts only the recap - #418

Slash was posting a channel starter ack and then the same ack as the interaction reply, so the parent got two messages and the recap thread stayed empty. Open a public thread with no starter; keep the slash ack ephemeral; the recap is the first in-thread message.
