Adds Koolest TV Launcher to
categories/android_tv.md: a GPL-3.0 Kotlin home screen for Android TV and Google TV (Android 8 to 16), ad-free, with no tracking and no third-party libraries. I'm the developer. Releases are published as APKs on GitHub.Checklist
