What does this PR change?
Adds Usugami to Productivity. It's an Android app that turns photos, Word, PowerPoint and EPUB files into PDFs and merges, splits, edits, signs, compresses and redacts PDFs on the phone, with no ads, tracking or uploads. Licensed GPL-3.0-or-later; signed APKs are on GitHub Releases. I'm the developer.
