A space $X$ is said to Has an explosion points provided $X$ is connected and there exists $p\in X$ such that $X\setminus {p}$ is totally separated.

Rationale

Explosion points appear on wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dispersion_point#Explosion_point
They appear in the study of one-point connectifications

Relationship to other properties

Has an explosion point implies Has a dispersion point
Knaster-Kuratowski fan does not have the property Has an explosion point

We should also check if the terminology "explosion point" is used consistently in the literature, and if there are alternative terms for this.

@prabau how do you want to do that? I feel like this will just boil down to someone's opinion

Search in google scholar and zbmath for articles using "explosion point" and check their definition. Then check some of the articles referenced by the first articles and see what they are using, and try to also find the first papers that studied the notion.
And also (from zbmath) find more recent articles referencing the other articles.

I can do it and I can write a PR for this, unless you want to do it?
