Sentry browser SDK + ErrorBoundary component #3787

Phase 5 — Logging & Monitoring

What

• Add @sentry/vue dependency
• New src/lib/plugins/sentry.js — Vue plugin (same pattern as PostHog), init with router integration for perf tracking
• New src/modules/app/components/app.errorBoundary.component.vue — catches render errors, shows friendly UI, reports to Sentry
• Register plugin in main.js
• Config-driven: no-op when DSN is empty

Acceptance

• Sentry captures JS exceptions and Vue component errors
• Router performance tracking (page load, navigation)
• ErrorBoundary shows user-friendly fallback on render crash
• No-op when DSN empty or enabled: false
