Feature: add HomeCtaComponent for final CTA section #3837

Problem

Landing pages need a final CTA section after FAQ to close the narrative arc (repeat promise + signup button). Currently there's no dedicated component for this.

Fix

Create a dedicated HomeCtaComponent (home.cta.component.vue) with its own config key cta:

• Title + subtitle + dual CTA buttons (primary + secondary)

• Simple, focused — no images, no cards, just the close
