[Bug]: Chat composer loses focus unexpectedly while typing

Steps to reproduce

1. Open T3 Code Desktop on macOS.
2. Start a new chat.
3. Focus the composer and begin typing.
4. Continue typing until focus unexpectedly moves away from the chat composer.

The reporter says this happens across chats and has also occurred immediately after opening a new chat. No specific keystroke or UI action has been identified as the trigger.

Expected behavior

The composer keeps focus while the user is typing unless the user deliberately moves focus or opens an interaction that requires it.

Actual behavior

Focus unexpectedly leaves the chat composer while typing and moves somewhere else in the app. This interrupts typing. The exact destination and trigger are currently unknown.

Closing as a duplicate of #14478 — same macOS desktop report: chat composer intermittently loses focus / stops accepting typing mid-session (sometimes right after a new chat), trigger unknown, click restores focus.

Please continue on #14478. If this still happens on a nightly built after #15008 (nightlies ≥2623), note the exact build there so we can tell residual focus-steal from the pre-fix case.
